Write-up: Information has been received from a pharmacist concerning an 18 year old female student with no drug allergies, no medical history, and no illnesses at the time of vaccination, who on 13-FEB-2007 was vaccinated intramuscularly in the right arm with a first dose of Gardasil (Lot# 654741/1208F). Subsequently, in an unspecified date, the patient experienced a fever of 102 F and dizziness. The patient sought unsoecified medical attention. The patient recovered on an unspecified date.
