Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning his 15 year old daughter with no drug reactions/allergies and no reported medical history who in approximately February 2007, was vaccinated in the left arm with the first dose of Gardasil. there was no concomitant medication. Three days post-vaccination, the patient developed supraclavicular adenopathy on her left side and a fever of 100.5F. She was treated with ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Subsequently, the patient recovered in two weeks. Additional information has been requested. This is one of two reports received from the same source.
