Write-up: Information has been received from a nurse concerning a 22 year old female who on 08-JAN-2007 was vaccinated with Gardasil. On 12-Mar-2007 the patient received her second dose of Gardasil (lot #653938/0954F). On 12-MAR-2007 the patient experienced swelling at the injection site and pain at the injection site. It was reported that she sought unspecified medical attention. The events lasted about two weeks and subsequently she recovered from swelling and pain at the injection site. No further information is available at this time. Additional information has been requested. Initial and follow-up has been received from a licensed visiting nurse concerning a 21 year old female, with no pertinent medical history, who on 08-JAN-2007 was vaccinated with a first dose of GARDASIL vaccine.
