Write-up: Information has been received from a female registered nurse with no known drug allergies and no pertinent medical history, who on 29-MAR-2007 was vaccinated with Gardasil (Lot #656051/0244U) vaccine. There was no concomitant medication. The nurse reported she noted a pea sized lump at the injection site a day or so post vaccination and that the area continues to be painful. The nurse reported that she did seek medical attention. As of 03-MAY-2007, the nurse was recovering. Additional information has been requested.
