Write-up: Information has been received from a licensed practical nurse concerning a female patient in her 20''s who was vaccinated with a dose of Gardasil and experienced mild soreness at the injection site after the vaccination was given. The same source reported that another patient had the same reaction (WAES # 0706USA01310). Additional information has been requested. 10/08/07 This is in follow-up to report(s) previously submitted on 6/14/2007. Initial and follow-up information has been received from a licensed practical nurse concerning a female patient in her early 20''s who was vaccinated with a dose of GARDASIL and experienced mild soreness at the injection site after the vaccination was given. The same source reported that another patient had the same reaction (WAES # 0706USA01310). Additional information is not expected.
