Write-up: Information has been received from a consumer concerning her 20 year old daughter with a history of warts on her hands (approximately August 2006), who in February or march 2007, was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil, intramuscularly. Approximately two weeks after this dose, the patient developed genital warts. Subsequently, the patient received her second dose of Gardasil, intramuscularly (date not reported). Subsequently, the patient developed a bladder infection. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. The patient''s genital warts and bladder infection persisted. No further information is available.
