Write-up: This case was reported by a regulatory authority and described the occurrence of difficulty breathing in a 16-year-old female subject who was vaccinated with Engerix B and HPV vaccine. On 29 November 2006, the subject received a single dose of Engerix B (intravenous) a single dose of HPV vaccine. Thirty minutes after vaccination with Engerix B and HPV vaccine, the subject experienced crying difficulty breathing and swollen tongue. The regulatory authority reported that the events were clinically significant (or requiring intervention). The subject was treated with Piriton. At the time of reporting the outcome of the events were unspecified.
