Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a 14 year old female, with no medical history, who on 06-DEC-2006 was vaccinated with a second intramuscular dose in the right arm of Varivax (Lot# 655065/1142F). Concomitant vaccine administered o"n the same day included a first dose in the right arm of Gardasil (Lot# /"0916F/").
