Write-up: Gardasil vaccination given on Wednesday, May 30, 2007. Patient reported general malaise and mild joint pain on Saturday, June 2, 2007. Pain became increasingly more severe from Sunday, June 3 to Monday, June 4th. I took patient back to see the doctor on Monday, June 4th and described all symptoms to doctors. Doctors cannot figure out what is wrong. Patient has normal body temperature of 97.8% and has not yet had a fever.
