Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a 23 year old female who was vaccinated with her first dose of Gardasil. There was no concomitant medication. Subsequently the patient experienced weakness and nausea after receiving the vac"cination. Unspecified medical attention was sought. Subsequently, the patient recovered from the symptoms. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
