Write-up: Information has been received from a Registered Nurse (R.N.) manager concerning a female patient who was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil. The patient developed "a rash known as "Molloscum Contagiousum" on her stomach after the injection. The Nurse Manager did not believe that the rash was related to Gardasil because it was a virus. Unspecified medical attention was sought. The outcome was unknown. Additional information has been requested.
