Write-up: Information has been received from an office worker in a physician''s office concerning her 13 year old daughter, who on 18-APR-2007 was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil and developed cellulitis. She went to the Emergency Room (E.R.) and received an anti-biotic. The patient was recovering. Additional information has been requested.
