Write-up:Information has been received from a physician, concerning a 25 year old female patient who on 13-FEB-2007 was vaccinated with the first dose, 0.5ml, IM, of Gardasil (Lot #655503/0012U). There was no concomitant medication. The physician reported that /"s"hortly after her first dose of Gardasil,/" the patient experienced nausea and vomiting.
