Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a female patient who was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil and on April 11 or 12, 2007, was vaccinated IM with a second dose of Gardasil. Four to five hours after receiving the second inject"ion the patient developed /"severe swollen glands, laryngitis, a sore throat and a mild fever of 99 degrees/". The physician reported that the patient had a mild reaction after her first injection. The patient saw her Primary Care Physician (PCP) and was
