Write-up: Initial and follow-up information has been received from a physician concerning an 18 year old female patient who on approximately 26-MAR-2007 was vaccinated in her left upper arm with a first dose of GARDASIL. About 4 days after the vaccination she developed 4 swollen lymph nodes in the injection site area, but the physician said the injection site did not drain to these lymph nodes. The physician recommended no treatment and was following up with the patient in 2 weeks. A blood count was done which was normal. At the time of this report, the outcome of the patient was unknown. Additional information has been requested.
