Write-up: Complained of very sore vaccine location (slightly red) and spiked a fever of 103.6 (oral) approximately 12 hours after the vaccination (3rd HPV vaccine in set). Fever treated with Motrin, came down fairly quickly. No fever as of noon today, and fever has not recurred as of yet.
