Write-up: pt c/o upper lt arm increased redness. Warm and tenderness Dx: contact dermatitis Cephalexin 500 mg one tablet po tid x 10 days. Local redness to HPV vaccine. Pt instructed to use warm compresses. Ibuprofen and antibiotic.
