Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a female who was vaccinated in the arm with the first dose of Gardasil vaccine (yeast) (dose and date not reported). It was reported that the patient experienced injection site pain and dizziness after receiving the first dose. At the time of the report, it was unknown if the patient recovered. Additional information has been requested.
