Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning an 18 year old female with a history of adhesive tape allergy and elastoplast allergy who on 03-JAN-2007 was vaccinated IM with her first dose of Gardasil (Lot#654450/1162F). There was no co"ncomitant medication. On 04-JAN-2007 the patient experienced peeling skin on the pale side of her fingers on both hands. The patient did seek unspecified medical attention. There were no laboratory diagnostics performed. Subsequently, the patient recovere
