Subsequently, after the first vaccination the patient developed swelling of two fingers on her left hand. The MA reported that 12 hours after the first vaccination was administered, the patient developed swelling with redness and pain in two fingers, the middle and fith digit, on her right hand (previously identified as left hand), confirmed as the opposite arm of the vaccination. The swelling lasted approximately 2-3 days. Following the second dose, again 12 hours after the vaccination was administered, the patient had a recurrence of the swelling with pain and redness, in the same fingers of the same hand. The MA stated the recurrent symptoms lasted 1 to 1 1/2 days, and indicated the patient had full recovered. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. No further information is expected.
