Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a 17 or 18 year old female who was vaccinated with Gardasil. Subsequently, the patient experienced delayed menstrual cycle after receiving Gardasil. She underwent a pregnancy test which was negative. The physician advised the patient to contact her after one month if she still did not have a menstrual cycle. Additional information has been requested.
