Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a 24 year old female who on 17-FEB-2007 was vaccinated with Gardasil (invalid lot# /"00140/"). On 20-FEB-2007, 3 days after she was administered Gardasil the patient developed swelling and pruritus"below the injection site. Subsequently, the patient recovered. Additional information has been requested.
