Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse, via a company representative, concerning a female patient who was vaccinated with a dose of Gardasil. The nurse reported that the patient left to go to the hospital lab, and approximately 10 minutes a"fter the vaccine was administered, she /"because very clammy and faint and felt that she was going to pass out./" The patient was referred to the emergency services department.
