Write-up:Information has been received from a pharmacist concerning her daughter, a female /"in her early 20''''s,/" who in January 2007, was vaccinated with the second dose, 0.5ml, IM, of Gardasil. The pharmacist reported she did not think her daughter received the"full 0.5ml dose, and stated there was /"some of the suspension remaining/" in the vial. In additional, the pharmacist reported her daughter developed a sore arm, which she believed was /"from the nurse''''s administration technique and not from the product.
