On 09-MAR-2007 the patient presented with an abnormal papanicolaou (PAP) test. Unspecified medical attention was sought. Patient outcome was not reported. Additional information has been requested. This is in follow-up to report(s) previously submitted on 4/13/2007. Follow-up information was received from the physician, who reported the patient was lost to follow up.
