Write-up:Information has been received from a nurse practitioner concerning a female who a month ago, on approximately 16-FEB-2007, was vaccinated with 0.5 ml Gardasil. When the patient received Gardasil therapy her arm got sore for over a month. As of 16-MAR-2007"the patient had not recovered, and the patient rejected to have a second dose of Gardasil. Additional information has been requested.
