Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a 17 year old female patient who on 15-MAR-2007 was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil. Concomitant therapy included traxodone HC1 and citalopram. On 15-MAR-2007 the patient experienced generalized hives. Treatment included diphenhydramine HC1 (BENADRYL), and at the time of the report the patient was reported to be recovering. Additional information has been requested.
