Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a female patient who was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil. Subsequently the patient experienced food poisoning. It was reported that the patient was one week later for her second dose because she was recovering from food poisoning. No symptoms or problems were noted. Unspecified medical attention was sought. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
