Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a 22 year old female who in October 2006, was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil. There was no concomitant medication. In December 2006, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of Gardasil. The patient experienced injection site pain. Five days later, she experienced flu like symptoms and unsteadiness. Subsequently, the patient recovered from injection site pain. The flu like symptoms resolved after 7 days. The patient''s unsteadiness lasted for 14 days. No lab testing was performed. Additional information has been requested.
