Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a female patient who was vaccinated IM into the gluteus with a second dose of Gardasil (yeast). It was reported that the patient was vaccinated into the gluteus because her arm was sore for"3 months after the first dose of the vaccine. Unspecified medical attention was sought. At the time of this report, the patient''''s outcome was unknown. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
