Write-up: Information has been received from a nurse concerning her 12 year old daughter who on an unspecified date was vaccinated with a 0.5 mL dose of Gardasil. On the same day, the patient was concomitantly vaccinated with a dose of Varivax (MSD). Subsequently, the patient developed a swollen eye and acne. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. Subsequently, the patient recovered from swollen eye and acne. Additional information has been requested.
