Write-up:Information has been received from a nurse practitioner concerning an approximately 16 year old female who was seen in a clinic for a migraine, and subsequently, was vaccinated IM with the first dose of Gardasil. It was reported that the patient developed"seizures within 15-20 minutes of vaccination. Write-up:Information has been received from a nurse practitioner concerning an approximately 16 year old female who was seen in a clinic for a migraine, and subsequently, was vaccinated IM with the first dose of Gardasil. GARDASIL. It was reported that the patient developed"seizures developed seizures within 15-20 minutes of vaccination. The clinic called 911, and the nurse practitioner /"believed/" "believed" the patient was taken to the emergency room, although, it was unknown if the patient was hospitalized. It was also reported that the patient had n no prior history of seizures, and that the patient''s outcome was unknown. Upon internal review, the patient''s seizure was considered to be an other important medical event. Additional information has been requested.
