Write-up:Information has been received from a nurse concerning a female who in February 2007, was vaccinated IM with 0.5 mL Gardasil. In February 2007, the morning after receiving Gardasil the patient experienced a stiff neck which was stiff for about a day. Addit"ional information has been requested.
