Write-up:Information has been received from a certified medical assistant concerning a 22 year old female with an allergy to gluten or wheat who on 02-JAN-2007 was vaccinated intramuscularly with a 0.5 ml (first dose of Gardasil) (lot 654389/0961F). The CMA report"ed that the patient''''s tongue felt numb for several days after her first dose of Gardasil. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. Subsequently, the patient recovered. Additional information has been requested.
