Write-up:Information has been received from a consumer concerning her 14 year old daughter who on 12-FEB-2007 was vaccinated with Gardasil (lot # not reported) 0.5 ml IM. There was no concomitant medication. On 12-FEB-2007 the patient experienced her arm hurting"really bad after getting the injection and she developed a headache. Three days after the injection, on 15-FEB-2007, the patient experienced fainting, dizziness, headaches, /"dehydrating/", not eating, everything kind of hurts, and she only wanted to slee

Three days after the injection, on 15-FEB-2007, the patient experienced fainting, dizziness, headaches, /"dehydrating/", "dehydrating", not eating, everything kind of hurts, and she only wanted to slee sleep. Her blood pressure was not steady and was all over the place. Medical attention was sought. Orthostatic test was performed. At the time of reporting, the patient had not recovered. Additional information has been requested.
