Write-up:Information has been received from a nurse practitioner concerning a female who was vaccinated with HPV rL1 6 11 16 18 VLP vaccine (yeast) first dose. Concomitant therapy included medroxyprogesterone acetate (DEPO-PROVERA). On approximately 15, Feb 2007,"the patient experienced continuing dizziness when administered HPV rL1 6 11 16 18 VLP vaccine. A blood test was performed and the patient was found to be anemic. The nurse practitioner was unsure whether to continue further series with HPV rL1 6 11 16 18
