Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a 19 year old female patient, sexually active for less than 1 year, who in December 2006 was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil. A papanicolaou smear (PAP) test was done on the same day as th"e vaccination and the results showed cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 2 or 3. After her second injection with Gardasil vaccine (yeast) she required conization due to the rapid development of CIN. Human Papillomavirus (HPV) types were unknown. The
