Write-up: 10 minutes after administration of Gardasil in left deltoid, patient reported feeling a little dizzy. She was seated and instructed to hold her head down between her knees, with some improvement. Vital signs included B/P 76/50 (left arm) [B/P from 20 minutes earlier was 98/70]. Patient was monitored for 45 minutes, given Gatorade 12 oz and 16 oz water. Symptoms of dizziness completely resolved, with persistent stable B/P in the 90s/60s, both arms, sitting and standing.
