Write-up: Information has been received from a health professional concerning her 16 year old daughter who on 21-FEB-2007 was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil. On 21-FEB-2007 the patient experienced a bad headache. She was given two ADVIL and her headache went away the following day. On 21-FEB-2007, the patient recovered. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
