Write-up: Information has been received from a nurse practitioner and a licensed practical nurse concerning a teenage female (age not reported) who on an unspecified date was vaccinated with 0.5 mL of Gardasil. Subsequently, the patient ended up crying and reported she had pain, when the vaccine was being administered, either left or right arm and had some pain afterwards. Unspecified medical attention was sought. At the time of this report, the patient had recovered from the events (date unknown). Additional information has been requested.
