Write-up:Information has been received from a Physician Assistant (P.A.) concerning a 20 year old female with a history of hives once a year who on 21-FEB-2007 was vaccinated IM with a dose of HPV, lot # 655618/0786U. On 22-FEB-2007 the patient developed hives ove"r her entire body and vomiting. The reporter also noted that in addition to her history of hives, members of her family had a stomach virus with vomiting so it was unclear if her symptoms were from the vaccine.
