Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a 24 year old female patient who on 20-FEB-2007 was vaccinated with an 0.5 ml dose, IM, of HPV. there was no concomitant medication. On 20-FEB-2007 the nurse reported that the patient /"fain"ted while walking to the waiting room,/" although the nurse further clarified that the patient /"did not lose consciousness, but she hit her head./" The patient recovered, and was released to her parents. The patient sought unspecified medical attention.

There was no concomitant medication. On 20-FEB-2007 The nurse reported that at 11:50am, ten minutes after the vaccine was administered. The teacher fainted, experienced a loss of consciousness (previously reported as "did not lose consciousness") and "fell to the ground" but was easily awakened.
