Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a 25 year old female secretary with on medical history or allergies, who on 20-FEB-2007 was vaccinated IM into the left arm with a 0.5 ml dose of HPV. Concomitant therapy included Depo-Provera. On"approximately 20-FEB-2007, the patient experienced soreness at injection site. On 21-FEB-2007 for that day only the patient experienced nausea. On the morning of 22-FEB-2007 the patient noticed what looks similar to lymph nodes that are enlarged, tender,
