Write-up:Information has been received from a certified medical assistant (C.M.A) concerning a female patient who was vaccinated with a 0.5 mL dose of HPV, (lot # not reported). Subsequently the patient experienced pain at the injection site lasting for about a we"ek. It was reported that the patient almost passed out from the pain.
