Write-up: Information has been received from a nurse concerning a female patient who was vaccinated with a second dose of Gardasil. The patient was vaccinated in the "glut" per the patient''s request. Subsequently the patient felt dizzy and nauseous. It was noted that the patient may have not eaten all day. Subsequently, the patient recovered. Additional information has been requested.
