Write-up: Information has been received from a nurse via a company representative concerning a female (age not reported) with an allergy to bakers yeast and on a gluten free diet who, on an unspecified date, was vaccinated with a second dose of Gardasil and passed out (dates not reported). It was reported that the patient received the first dose with "no problem". At the time of the report, recovery status of the patient was unspecified. Additional information has been requested.
