Write-up:Information has been received from a nurse via a company representative concerning a 26 year old female with a history of warts from childhood who on 02-FEB-2007 was vaccinated with a first 0.5 mL dose of Gardasil. Concomitant therapy included hormonal co"ntraceptives (unspecified). It was reported by the nurse that the patient informed the clinic that she had a breakout of warts in her forearm 4 days after vaccination, on 06-FEB-2007. At the time of the report, it was unknown if the patient had recovered.
