Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a patient who on 15-FEB-2007 was vaccinated, intramuscularly, into the deltoid muscle with the first 0.5 ml dose of Gardasil (lot not reported). It was reported that during the administration of th"e first dose there was some leaking of the vaccine at the injection site. The patient was not able to receive the complete dose. No adverse experience related to this event. Additional information has been requested.
