Write-up: Information has been received from a "healthcare worker" concerning a female (patient 2 of 4), either 14 years or 17 years old, who was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil (yeast) 0.5 ml IM in the gluteal region. The patient experienced "knots in her neck and ill feeling" one to two weeks after receiving the vaccination. The healthcare worker noted that the patient was being treated for "something else that had absolutely nothing to do with the vaccination". This patient "had no problems". Additional information has been requested.
