Write-up: Information has been received from a female receptionist who was vaccinated with a dose of Gardasil. Subsequently the injection site became swollen after a week, "about the size of a half dollar." It was reported that there were "rings around the swelling an it was painful. "Unspecified medical attention was sought. At the time of the report, the patient had not recovered. Additional information has been requested.
